Great meeting with DHL colleagues on the road to Burgas!

Unexpected meeting with DHL colleagues whilst riding from Tsarevo to Burgas.

The view from the hotel in Tsarevo. Left the hotel in good spirits. Bought some supplies at a gas station and was well on my way. Along the coast, and up and down it went. Road 99 can be a bit hazardous at times, so I took to the service road parallel to it. And having a lunch break this DHL van flew by, blowing its horn and stopping with squeaking tires. Out came Petar and Desis, the nicest of Bulgarian people I met so far! We took some pictures and agreed on meeting again in Burgas DHL Servicepoint. Which, after some searching back and forth succeeded in the end. Great reception, and a promise to be present at a big DHL party in town nearby Varna! What are the odds, hey?

Then I got invited to stay at Petar's place and met his wife, son and other family members. Had a great time taking a stroll in the city, watching a game of football and drinking a few beers. I'm taking a liking to Bulgarian beers. Coincidence? I don't think so! Hahaha! Check out the pics, they more or less speak for themselves..
