Kolkata update

Well, what happened since that infamous taxi ride? I biked back into Thailand to Chiang Rai. From there I boarded a plane to Bangkok where I saw the bike again at the dhl Servicepoint. I reorganised my luggage and yes, another parcel with unnecessary items is going back. There's a definite need to trim the gear and bike down, as I am facing an uneasy road ahead. For now I am keeping myself in a relatively cheap Guest House. India has proven to be more expensive and more intense than Thailand ever was. Even Bangkok seems tranquil now...
This place, Kolkata or Calcutta is really in your face Indian style. Loud, crude and rude is what I encountered so far...
